Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
UK Delivery
We currently offer UK delivery using trusted postal or courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
* Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
* Express UK delivery, if available: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, peak periods, incorrect address details or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery or failed collection, we may ask the customer to pay for redelivery.
